Taylor Made Systems of Gloversville, N.Y., made two appointments to its New Product Development Team.
James Hoehn Jr. was named director of the NPD Team and Ryan Hoban joined the group as industrial designer. As key members of the engineering team, they will be responsible for adapting innovations in design, engineering and technology to the Taylor Made product line.

Prior to that, he spent nearly 10 years in various engineering positions for Intermagnetics General. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y., and he has been awarded two functional U.S. patents for assembly part design.
Prior to joining Taylor Made Systems, Hoban spent seven years as a designer for Konopka Architecture. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Rochester (N.Y.) Institute of Technology.
