Ferretti, which recently purchased Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group, announced the formation of a new company to focus on the U.S. market.

Allied Marine is the newest company in the group’s portfolio. It will provide Ferretti customers in the United States with more personalized and comprehensive after-sales service.

Robert McDougal has been named president of Allied Marine, overseeing all service, brokerage, sales and communications activities.

Ferretti also announced that George Kyriazakos has been appointed chairman of Ferretti operations in the United States. He is a longtime board member, as well as a boat dealer.

“The U.S. market is a key area for our group,” Kyriazakos said. “I am sure that this new strategy will allow all Ferretti brands to be closer to their U.S. customers and to offer them products and services in line with their needs.”

The company said there will be more details about Allied Marine released in the coming months.
