Honda Marine, of Alpharetta, Ga., appointed Wes Paul as district sales manager and account integrity analyst.

A five-year industry veteran, Paul assumes responsibility for Honda outboard sales in the central and midwestern United States, as well as for internal dealer account integrity. He comes to Honda from Mercury Marine, where he served as district account manager for several southeastern states.

Scott Swanby joined survival products company Revere Supply as director of sales for the aviation and outdoor division.

Swanby’s past positions include founder and president of Sporting Lives and most recently ACR Electronics’ national sales manager for outdoor, aviation and military. He also served two terms on the National Safe Boating Advisory Council and was recently inducted into the National Safe Boating Council Hall of Fame.

“Scott’s passion for the industry will make him an extremely important asset for us as we continue to strive for and achieve our growth goals and product expansions,” said Jim Cermak, Revere’s vice president of new business, in a statement.
