YachtWorld.com adds new languages

Posted on

YachtWorld.com has added five new languages to its Web site — Russian, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish. The site is already available in Spanish, German, Italian, French and Dutch, as well as English.

“By adding these new languages we now have localized and targeted search solutions for nearly 90 percent of our visitors” said Ian Atkins, vice president and group general manager for Boats.com and YachtWorld.com, in a statement. “This significant expansion of translated information will not only provide a better user experience, but will attract new traffic to our portals.”

Atkins said the CRM software used by many of its 4,000 broker/dealer clients is also available in each of these new languages.
