B&E Marine wins service awardPosted on
B&E Marine of Michigan City, Ind., was presented with the CSI Commendation for Excellence Award last week by Customer Service Intelligence, Inc.
This is only the fourth such award that CSI has presented to one of its clients in the last 21 years, and the first for the marine industry. The award is presented to those that maintain a CSI rating of 98 percent or above for 24 consecutive months.
B&E Marine accomplished this from 2006 through 2008, and attained a CSI rating of 100 percent for 14 of those months.
“We have a very experienced crew that truly cares about our clients and strives to make sure they ‘Experience the Fun’ boating has to offer,” B&E co-owner Rod Bensz said in a statement. “We also have several processes in place, such as CSI follow-up calls that allow us to react in a timely manner to our customers needs.”
