Channel Blade launched a new sales tool, ePro Mobile, to help marine dealers and OEMs improve the online shopping experience for consumers using smart mobile phones.
With over 10 million U.S. buyers accessing mobile search at least once per week, ePro Mobile will provide our customers with a tool specifically designed to reach these active mobile searchers and drive more sales, Channel Blade CEO Jon Lintvet said in a statement. This solution offers OEMs and dealers complete vertical integration of the sales channel, providing each prospective buyer a brand-consistent and seamless communication from the first touch point to the last.
In addition to helping prospective buyers research existing boat inventories, ePro Mobile provides dealerships with an immediate research tool. A salesperson using ePro Mobile can immediately look up ongoing specials and compare models, features and specifications at the touch of a button.
The ePro Mobile tool is featured as an add-on to Channel Blades current Web site platform, eXcelerate Pro, and users inventory will directly populate the ePro Mobile Web site. Marine dealers and OEMs that use Footsteps, Channel Blades lead management tool, automatically receive ePro Mobile leads submitted by consumers while non-Footsteps clients will receive leads via an e-mail notification.
