Tallon Marine named Greg Urquhart its international business manager, a new position designed to respond to the increased demand for Tallon receivers and accessories in the United States, Europe and Australasia, according to the company.
“Our goal is to establish more ongoing, face-to-face time with our customers and prospects in order to better serve their needs and to support our growth efforts worldwide,” said Duncan Good, general manager of Tallon Marine, in a statement. “Greg brings all the enthusiasm and skills required for the job.”
Urquhart joins Tallon Marine from Gen-I, an information technology company, where he developed and managed sales opportunities across key accounts, according to Tallon Marine. Before that, he managed all of Shell’s retail and commercial activity in various parts of New Zealand.
Based in New Zealand, Tallon Marine manufactures integrated accessory systems for the marine market.
