Win-Tron Electronics announced that Tyler Winder, son of Eddie Winder, is joining the family business.

The 17-year-old, who is the third generation of Winders to join the company, will start work at Win-Tron this summer after graduating high school. He will start by loading and unloading trucks in the company’s warehouse.

It was 30 years ago that Tyler’s father went to work for his grandfather, Bill Winder, after his high school graduation. He also loaded and unloaded trucks.

“He’s a bright, energetic happy face here,” senior vice president Eddie Winder said in a statement. “He loves being here. I think that with his personality he will eventually do very well in our sales department.”

Based in Spring Lake Heights, N.J., Win-Tron is a wholesaler to the marine industry, with sales of more than $35 million.
