Service center opens on the Cape Fear

Gregory Poole Marine recently opened a new service facility at coastal North Carolina’s Southport Marina near the mouth of the Cape Fear River.

In addition to being an authorized service provider for Caterpillar, Mercury, Mercruiser, Crusader, Yamaha, Honda, Volkswagen and others, the new service center offer an array of capabilities for vessels from 20 feet to 70 feet.

This includes 75-ton Travel Lift and fork lift haulouts; fiberglass repair; outboard/stern drive service; diesel engine service; machine shop services; prop repair; interior/exterior detailing; exterior refinishing; boat systems repair and parts inventory.

“Our professional staff has the experience to handle any job, no matter how big or small,” said Dan Webb, business manager for Gregory Poole Marine, in a statement.

With the new Southport location, GPMP now has five service centers in North Carolina.
