Museum celebrates 100 years of EvinrudePosted on
The Eisner Museum in Milwaukee is featuring a display in honor of Evinrude’s 100th anniversary, with engines dating to 1909.
The exhibit, which opened last week, was designed to showcase the history of Evinrude outboards and return to its roots in Milwaukee, where Ole Evinrude built the first production outboard.
“Evinrude outboards have always been at the forefront of the marine industry, introducing many of the standards that you see today,” Roch Lambert, vice president/general manager of the Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and Evinrude division for BRP, said in a statement.
The exhibit will be on display until Oct. 16.
