Clarks Landing attains Clean Marina tag

Posted on

Clarks Landing’s Chester Marine Center was certified as a Clean Marina by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.

The Maryland Clean Marina Initiative recognizes and promotes marinas, boatyards and yacht clubs that meet legal requirements and voluntarily adopt pollution prevention practices. The marinas meet the rigorous pollution prevention standards established by the Maryland Clean Marina Committee and the Department of Natural Resources.

“We are very proud to now have all three of our marina locations certified as Clean Marinas with the state of Maryland,” said Jeff Truesdale, general manager of Clarks Landing, in a statement. “This was a combined effort by our entire team, who recognized the importance of this program and worked hard to achieve it.”

With more than 25 years of experience, Clarks Landing has sales and service locations in Maryland, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
