Liquidation sale planned for Jackson Marine

Posted on

Fort Lauderdale-based Jackson Marine is holding a parts liquidation sale Friday and Saturday.

Customers can expect to get 30 to 70 percent off bottom paint, Mercury and Mercruiser parts, stainless hardware and fittings, props and bearings and more.

Jackson Marine sold its property, known as Jackson Marine Center, three years ago to Fort Lauderdale Boat Clubs, Patty Jackson said. Jackson Marine, however, remained on site and continued to offer marine services and parts.

The club’s development plans are on hold, and National Liquidators is taking over the entire yard for its bank repossessed boats, Jackson said.

Jackson Marine continues to operate in Maryland and is looking for new opportunities in South Florida.
