Maxwell moves to Maryland

Posted on

Maxwell, an anchoring equipment company, has moved the Maxwell America operations from Santa Ana, Calif., to the Hanover, Md., headquarters of parent company, VETUS America.

The move will reduce shipping times and costs to the East Coast and Midwest where a large concentration of distributors and powerboat OEMs are located, the company said.

“Being able to run both the Maxwell and VETUS America brands from under one roof in a geographic area where there is a high population of our customers … is something we’re all very excited about. It is our goal that with this strategic move the Maxwell brand will continue to grow and be more suited for continued expansion here in the U.S.,” said Jay Stockmann, CEO of Maxwell and VETUS America, in a statement.
