Florida marina decked out for the holiday

Posted on

christmas1223No one can accuse Mount Dora Boating Center & Marina owner Joe Lewis of not being in the holiday spirit.

“Here’s what you get when you take a 2-acre lakeside property, six piers, two hy-dry buildings, an office building, 42 trees, 320 extension cords of all sizes and lengths, 600 feet of fence, 26 deer, 19 angles, five boats, an elf and cover them with 970,000 holiday lights,” he said in an e-mail, joking that it was OK to say there was “something wrong” with him.

Lewis said he started decorating the Florida marina about 15 years ago and it gets a little bigger each year.

Looks like Mount Dora Boating Center is decked out for Christmas.
Trade Only can’t use the word Christmas.  They are part of the Politically Crowd!!!!

I make it a point to say Merry Christmas to everyone that wishes me a happy holiday.  Why would you want to be associated with the politically correct crowd?  Can you name anything that our esteemed elected officials have done recently that has been correct?

Nice show of Christian tolerance by JC and kanobi!
The word “holiday” was used in the title because Christmas is a h-o-l-i-d-a-y.
