Marine insurer buys Florida agency

Celedinas Insurance Group announced the acquisition of Palm Beach Insurance Group, which was founded in 1998.

“Our goal is to offer Palm Beach Insurance Group clients the convenience of a local insurance firm that incorporates the breadth of products, expertise and market strength of one of America’s oldest and largest insurance advisory brokers,” Celedinas president and CEO Ray Celedinas said in a statement.

Founded in South Florida in 1959, Celedinas is licensed nationally and has access to more than 100 of America’s pre-eminent insurance carriers, enabling it to offer multiple options and solutions, competitive rates and unbiased counsel and advice.

Celedinas specializes in luxury homes and automobiles, jewelry, fine arts, yachts, life, businesses and employee benefits, and has a marine division.
