Superyacht reception added to METS

Posted on

A SuperYacht Preview Reception was added for Nov. 12, the day before the annual Marine Equipment Trade Show starts.

Exhibitors in the SuperYacht Pavilion and delegates of the superyacht forum are invited to attend the reception, which will be held on the show floor of the SuperYacht Pavilion.

“It has always been our ambition to bring the [Global Superyacht Forum] and the Superyacht Pavilion as close together as possible to enable optimum networking and create business opportunities,” METS senior product manager Irene Dros said in a statement.

At midday, SuperYacht Pavilion exhibitors will be able to register as delegates of the superyacht forum for a business lunch and afternoon session focusing on The Global Superyacht Market’s New Business Plan. The preview reception will follow, allowing for focused networking before the two largest events on the superyacht industry calendar.

METS, the world’s largest trade exhibition of equipment, materials and systems for the international marine leisure industry, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. It will be held Nov. 13-15 in Amsterdam and is organized by Amsterdam RAI.
