Providence show returns in JanuaryPosted on
The 20th annual Providence Boat Show runs Jan. 18-20 at the Rhode Island Convention Center and will include a three-day sportfishing seminar series.
It also will include safety presentations and more than 150 vendors displaying new products that include powerboats, sailboats, kayaks, canoes and inflatables, along with engines, electronics and accessories.
Products on display will include marine electronics and hardware, new and rebuilt engines and parts, fishing tackle, canvas work/interior design, T-tops, slip rentals, foul weather gear, insurance and boat financing.
Thousands of visitors throughout New England attend the show each year.
Those purchasing a boat at the show will be entered for a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree at West Marine.
“The Providence Boat Show is a destination for people to check out a variety of boats from numerous manufacturers and buy the one that is best suited for their specific boating interests,” Newport Exhibition Group director Tom Delotto said in a statement. “Our Boat of Your Dreams raffle is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the people who purchase boats at our show and support the dealers who have made the show a success.”
