British show plans for expansion in 2014

Posted on

Following its strongest performance in its 16-year history, U.K.-based Seawork International is expanding in 2014.

The commercial marine exhibition and conference will take place June 10-12 in Southampton.

Exhibition organizer Mercator Media is increasing floor space for next year’s show by 15 percent, in part to house the growing fleet of pontoons that will be on display.

The exhibitor list for 2014 already features 300 companies and includes such internationally high-profile names as Damen Shipyards, Harken, Furuno, Hamilton Jet and Scania. More than 7,000 people are expected to attend.
