Regal debuts 32 Express at boat shows

Posted on

The new Regal 32 Express is being unveiled at the U.S. Powerboat Show in Annapolis, which runs through Sunday, and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which runs Oct. 31-Nov. 4.

The cruiser has Italian-inspired lines and a C. Raymond Hunt hull, a king-size berth and slide-away cockpit seating. A forward multipurpose seat lets a boater face forward while cruising and seats five around the aft cockpit. With the touch of a button, the cockpit seating slides back 12 inches for what the builder says is the most cockpit space in the boat’s class.

The cockpit wet bar features a solid surface countertop that conceals the sink, grill and LED television.

“We designed the 32 Express to feature the most versatile cockpit and cabin layouts possible, giving each owner the opportunity to use the boat in the configuration they like best,” Regal vice president of product development and engineering Pat Wiesner said in a statement. “Creating such a large cabin while still having the biggest cockpit in-class forced us to challenge previous design limitations and take advantage of every inch possible.”
