METS welcomes hundreds of first-time exhibitors

Posted on

The Marine Equipment Trade Show in Amsterdam expanded its exhibition program with a sold-out SuperYacht Pavilion and more than 230 first-time exhibitors.

Organizers said that even with an expansion in Hall 9, the pavilion is sold out. METS still has a few places left and organizers said that with the new exhibitors the show has more to offer visitors than ever.

“We are excited that even with the entry committee guarding our strict policy, we keep welcoming new blood to the show,” METS product manager Sarah Westdijk said in a statement. “We have 18 country pavilions this year, and our successful partnership with the marine industry associations bring in over 470 companies.”

“The Construction Material Pavilion and Marina and Yard Pavilion, relaunched last year, have taken off with growing exhibitor numbers and a solid speakers program at the stages,” METS sales manager Rens-Jan van Vliet said. “METS offers an incredibly broad exhibition program. Everything you need to build and keep a boat — that is what METS is all about.”

METS will be held Nov. 19-21 in the Amsterdam RAI Convention Center.

We invite you to stop by the USA Pavilion in Hall 11 to meet our new exhibitors. We have quite a few joining our USA group for the first time this year. The USA Pavilion is the second largest country pavilion at METS.
