Naiad Dynamics honors longtime global service manager

Naiad Dynamics celebrated the 40th anniversary of Vic Kuzmovich’s employment with the company on Nov. 2 at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

As global service manager, Kuzmovich oversees aftersales support for the more than 12,000 vessels equipped with Naiad systems.

Naiad CEO John Venables, who has worked closely with Kuzmovich during the last 32 years, says he has seen firsthand the extraordinary customer care Kuzmovich strives to provide.

“Every industry needs responsive and effective after-sales service, but arguably none more so than the demanding luxury industry,” Venables said in a statement. “For a company designing, manufacturing, fielding and supporting technically specialized systems, the knowledge accumulated over Vic’s dedicated career is a tremendous benefit not only to our company, but also to our customers and the yacht industry at large. Boat owners are much more likely to stay in yachting when their experience stays positive throughout the life of the vessel, long after the honeymoon phase of the initial purchase.”

More than half of Naiad’s employees worldwide have more than 10 years of service, and a third of them have more than 20 years of service.

More than 10 percent of the employees, who are located across facilities in Connecticut, Maryland, Florida, Washington, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, have more than 30 years with the company.
