Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spend holiday time at sea

Posted on

Who can name that boat? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have joined the ranks of those who escape with their family on a boat.

The whole brood was spotted Monday on a tritoon in Queensland, Australia, making their escape from the mainland for some family fun, according to gossipcenter.com. Pitt turned 50 years old last week and one source told the outlet that the trip was his gift.

There was no word about whether it was the family’s personal boat or a loaner. Photos showed the “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” stars surrounded by their children, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne, Knox, Maddox and Zahara, seated around a table.

In one of the eight images, four of the couple’s children are shown leaning over the back of the boat while it is under way.

One faux pas: None of the children are wearing life jackets.

So, our PROFESSIONAL TRADE JOURNAL is now stooping to the level of the supermarket tabloids. I would well imagine I am not the only subscriber to this service that does not give a rat’s #%$ about where Brad and Angelina are spending their holidays.

But then-again, its is good (for all phases of our industry; boat-sales, boat-building, charter, etc) that ‘boating’ be perceived as attractive to the ‘beautiful people’ entertainment and sport celebs alike.
