San Francisco show debuts in JanuaryPosted on
The new Progressive Insurance San Francisco Boat Show will take place Jan. 23-26 at McCovey Cove and Pier 48.
For the first time, the Progressive Insurance San Francisco Boat Show will feature hundreds of new boats on land and in the water.
Shoppers can see boats ranging from luxury yachts and sportfishing vessels to sailboats and entry-level cruisers, as well as outdoor gear and marine accessories.
Additionally, show-goers are invited to get their feet wet with free boat lessons in San Francisco Bay, stand-up paddleboarding in McCovey Cove, sailing seminars, hands-on demos and family fun.
Gourmet food and beverages also will be available.
The National Marine Manufacturers Association announced the launch of the San Francisco show in September. The event was created from the Northern California Marine Association’s integration with the NMMA to meet the industry’s needs for a major boat show in Northern California.
