Imtra Marine Products names CEOPosted on
Imtra Marine Products named Eric Braitmayer as president and CEO.
Braitmayer, who previously was chief operating officer, succeeds longtime Imtra president and CEO Nat Bishop.
Bishop followed former chief financial officer Ned Rogerson and controller Nancy Lyons into retirement in 2013 after nearly a combined 100 years at the company.
Commercial sales manager Alex Larsen was promoted to vice president of commercial sales.
Peter Kilgore retains his longtime role as president of Imtra subsidiary Maximum Weather and succeeds Braitmayer as vice president of marketing.
Sales vice president Chip Farnham will continue to manage customer relations. Jeff Vancura will continue as CFO, a role he assumed last June.
“I am honored to serve as the fourth president of Imtra since its foundation 62 years ago,” Braitmayer said in a statement. “I take this responsibility seriously and look forward to building on our strong relationships and bringing greater value to customers, employees and stockholders.”
