Lund Boats rolls out 21-foot fishing boatPosted on
Lund Boats added the 2075 Tyee Magnum edition, which the builder said is made for the Great Lakes and other large freshwater lakes.
Designed as a big-water trolling platform, the 20-foot, 10-inch Tyee Magnum has fishing features for large lakes.
Lund said the aluminum boat has an expanded cockpit area for big-water trolling and offers a deeper back for extra fishing space and safety. A high, wide back platform features a leaning pad to give anglers extra leverage when landing fish.
The boat has storage for a cooler on the rear splash pan and an additional cooler storage area between the consoles.
Lund said a 35-inch/16-gallon insulated live well is in the aft deck. Side rod compartments cradle four 10-foot rods and four 8-foot, 6-inch rods (starboard) and a center rod locker holds six additional rods that can be as much as 10 feet, 6 inches long. A 36-volt battery compartment also comes standard, as do pre-wired trolling motor hook-ups.
“Our legendary, patented IPS2 hull enhances the Magnum’s expansive 20-foot, 8-inch frame,” Lund marketing director Jason Oakes said in a statement. “This durable, yet dynamic design jumps quickly to plane, maximizing lift, stability and driver visibility, all while reducing drag.”
