IBBI signs deal with ASA Electronics

Posted on

Independent Boat Builders Inc. recently selected ASA Electronics, with its Jensen and Polk lines, to be the group’s preferred supplier of audio systems for the next four years.

Since 2013, ASA has held a key role with the IBBI as its video supplier of choice.

IBBI has 20 members in the United States and Canada. The group said that cumulatively its manufacturers sell more boats in the United States than any other entity.

“We are highly impressed with ASA Electronics’ product selection, product quality, staff and state-of-the-art facility,” IBBI president Tom Broy said in a statement. “The IBBI and our members feel that ASA can provide premium electronics that meet our needs, as well as give consumers what they want. We look forward to a long and successful partnership.”

For more than 35 years the ASA has been designing, engineering and testing its marine products to ensure their survival in challenging conditions on the water.

“We are honored the IBBI has chosen ASA to be the supplier of choice for their audio systems,” ASA marine national sales manager Matt Wood said. “We look forward to providing them with the exceptional products and support boatbuilders of their capacity have come to expect.”
