MyTaskit joins MRAA

Software service provider MyTaskit joined the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas as a partner member.

The partnership includes an upcoming webinar and series of blog posts that will be available to MRAA retail members. The first of these posts, which explores how mobile devices can drive increased productivity, was recently published.

“The marine dealers who stay educated on the latest technologies have a leg up on the rest when it comes to building relationships with consumers, turning them into customers and retaining their business over the long haul,” MyTaskit senior vice president and general manager Cam Collins said in a statement. “We’re proud to work with MRAA to provide this type of insight to their members.”

The educational resources set for release in 2016 will focus on ways MRAA members can capture mobile’s momentum and reap the benefits of the smartphone trend, according to Collins, who has presented on the topic at the Marine Dealer Conference & Expo.

MyTaskit develops technology that allows boat dealerships, boatyards and service centers to coordinate tasks with their technicians and subcontractors. It also enables direct communication with customers.
