Century Boats said it signed a new dealer agreement with Specialty Marine Center in New Smyrna Beach, Fla.

“This region of the state is a well-established and very knowledgeable boating community — and we’re happy to have Specialty Marine Center as our east-central Florida representative,” Century Boats president Bryan Lucius said in a statement. “James [Mills] and his team have served New Smyrna-area boating enthusiasts for 20 years, and their tremendous dedication and spirit make a strong addition to the Century Boats team.”

Century Boats was established in 1926 and is based in Zephyrhills, Fla.

Specialty Marine Center is now an authorized dealer of Century Boats and features the complete model lineup, including center consoles, walkarounds, expresses and the dual console 24 Resorter. As a family-owned and operated company for 28 years, Specialty Marine Center is an authorized dealer for Yamaha Outboards, Mercury Marine, Honda Marine and Tohatsu.

“This business has been my family’s passion for more than two decades, and our entire team — from the front office to sales and service — takes great pride in the relationships we have earned with our customers,” Specialty Marine Center owner and operator James Mills said.

“When deciding on how to expand our new-boat offerings, we knew Century would benefit our customers and introduce a new generation to a high-performance boating experience,” Mills added. “The Century brand is an enduring one — and we look forward to playing a part in the growth and success of that brand for years to come.”
