Pacific boat show sets seminar schedule

The Pacific Sail and Power Boat Show and Marine Sports Expo, set for April 6-9 at the Craneway Pavilion and Marina Bay Yacht Harbor in Richmond, Calif., announced its advanced seminar schedule.

Nigel Calder will present “Understanding and Troubleshooting Boat Electrical Systems” on April 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a seminar on “Marine Diesel Engines — Maintenance and Troubleshooting” on April 9, also from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

An all-day seminar on “Offshore Cruising” will be presented by John and Amanda Neal with Nigel Calder on April 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Pacific Offshore Academy will offer a “Pacific Cup Seminar” on April 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pam Wall and Lee Chesneau will present “Marine Weather, Seamanship and Navigation Strategies and Boat Outfitting Symposium — The Ultimate Cruising Symposium” on April 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All of the seminars will take place at the Craneway Seminar Pavilion.
