The 2017 American Boating Congress said keynote speaker Jake Tapper of CNN will now speak at the ABC’s opening luncheon from 11:20 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 16.

Tapper had been slated to speak on May 17 during the ABC’s general session.

The National Marine Manufacturers Association announced the change today.

ABC’s Hill Visits Strategy Session, which traditionally takes place during the luncheon, will precede it from 10:50 to 11:20 a.m.

Also slated for May 16 is a session titled “Inside the Beltway — Republican and Democratic Insights” at a new time, 8 to 8:30 a.m. Attendees will hear from Republican and Democratic strategists on inside happenings on Capitol Hill and in the Trump administration.
