Canadian power dolly manufacturer Parkit 360 said it has had record growth in several key business segments and announced expansion plans.

The Ontario-based company makes power dollies for boat, RV and general-purpose trailers.

Parkit 360 said North American sales increased 40 percent from the same period last year, with online orders accounting for a significant percentage of the revenue. To keep pace with growing demand, Parkit 360 added staff and plans to move to a 20 percent larger manufacturing facility this year.

Parkit360 also said it has brought on PR and marketing firms to assist in brand-awareness activities within the past year.

“We’re especially pleased with the results of our efforts,” Parkit 360 sales and marketing manager Stefan Houle said in a statement. “We ramped up product exposure and fine-tuned our marketing collateral, and the ROI results have been remarkable.”
