San Diego show set for next week

The 2017 San Diego International Boat Show will be held June 15-18 at Spanish Landing Park East on Harbor Island across from San Diego International Airport.

Organizers said the show will feature more than 200 boats in the water and on land, plus free seminars and demonstrations.

This year’s event will feature vessels that include motoryachts, sailboats, runabouts, cruisers, pontoon boats and luxury superyachts. There will be free stand-up paddleboard rides and a kids’ zone.

Admission is $15 for adults; children under 12 will be admitted free. A military ID nets a $5 discount.

Show hours are: June 15 and 16, noon to 7 p.m.; June 17, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and June 18, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
