Lazy Days Marina on Lake Lanier in Georgia was chosen as the site for the kickoff of this year’s National Marina Day.
Lazy Days is one of many marinas located on Lake Lanier, which last year was plagued by severe drought conditions, causing a loss in boating activity. Hosting National Marina Day on Lake Lanier will promote the fact that marinas on the lake are open, according to AMI.
