Laurent Autier, right, joins the Brunswick Outboard Boat Group; Bonnette Design Group hires Adam Luedke; Pacific Asian Enterprises announces three additions; Nautilus Enterprises names Jeff Going regional sales manager.
Boston Whaler announced Laurent Autier has joined the Brunswick Outboard Boat Group as the director of sales and business development for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Among Autier’s responsibilities are managing sales and distribution of Boston Whaler boats, a business unit of Brunswick’s Outboard Boat Group.
Autier comes from France, where he worked most recently for Zodiac inflatables. He has also worked in the electronic industry and banking sectors in various European counties as well as the Pacific. He earned his degree from Marseille Business School in international marketing with MBA exchange programs at Deusto Universidad in Spain and Denmark’s Aarhus University.
Boston Whaler, a business unit of Brunswick’s Saltwater Group, manufactures family fishing boats 11 to 35 feet in length.
Bonnette Design Group, of Holland, Mich., hired Adam Luedke as director of product development. He will be responsible for diversifying and expanding product development throughout the business.
Luedke brings more than 17 years experience to Bonnette Design Group. Prior to joining the company, he served as a principal designer at Curious-id. He also held design leadership positions at Mito Product Development, Life Fitness and Leisure Design.
Luedke received a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from the University of Wisconsin at Stout.
Pacific Asian Enterprises announced three new people were added to its sales teams.
Joining the Southeast sales office is Ted Robie, a 30-year veteran of the marine industry. He joins the Stuart, Fla., staff after having served as sales director at The Hinckley Co. Prior to that, Robie was a broker in Rhode Island, where he was vice president of sales for Pearson Yachts and later senior broker at Alden.
Barbara Lippert joins the Nordhaven Yachts Northwest office in Seattle. She has been active in Northwest marine industry trade groups, in addition to years spent selling and leasing new and brokerage yachts. Lippert is past president of the Northwest Yacht Brokers Association and serves on its board.
Paul Hutton joins the group at its newly opened Newport Beach, Calf., sales office. He is a lifelong seaman who has sold and delivered yachts of all sizes throughout the world. A native of Cornwall, England, Hutton is a licensed captain in the Royal Navy.
Nautilus Enterprises named Jeff Going its regional sales manager, working on sales management for marine and RV products.
Going has more than 20 years experience in the marine industry in sales management, having served with Zodiac of North America, Defender Industries and Walker Bay Boats. During his tenure in the marine industry, Going received ABYC accreditation, served on the NMMA’s boat show committee and dealer task force and represented inflatable boat and life raft interests in developing standards for ABYC and ISO.
Going has been active in the local marine community as well. He serves on the Essex (Conn.) Harbor Management Commission as chairman; in addition he is a past commodore of both the Essex Corinthian and Pettipaug Yacht Clubs.
Nautilus Enterprises is a general agent offering products and services for dealers in the automotive, motorsport, marine, RV, trailer and other specialty markets.
