Brunswick moves up 2Q conference call

Brunswick Corp. has rescheduled next week’s conference call on its second quarter 2008 financial results. The call will be held at 10 a.m. EDT next Thursday; the earnings report will be released before the market opens.

“We decided to hold the call an hour earlier than previously scheduled to avoid a conflict with another company’s investor event taking place that day,” said Kathryn J. Chieger, vice president of corporate and investor relations, in a statement.

West Marine of Watsonville, Calif., will be holding its earnings report conference call at 11:30 a.m. EDT next Thursday.
