NMRA awards marine scholarship

The National Marine Representatives Association is providing scholarships to students pursuing careers in the marine industry.

Andrew Grossi of Hoboken, N.J,. is one of the recipients of the association's $1,500 scholarships. (Other recipients are to be announced at a later date.) NMRA board member Kathy Munzinger of Munzinger and Co. made the presentation to Grossi.

This fall, Grossi will continue studies with The Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology, focusing on yacht design. An accomplished architect, he plans to pursue a career as a yacht designer or naval architect.
