Yachting magazine wins design award

Yachting magazine won a gold medal for design excellence in Folio: magazine’s annual Eddie and Ozzie Awards competition.

Folio: announced the winners of the Eddie Awards for Editorial Excellence and Ozzie Awards for Magazine Design in Chicago last week. Yachting won a Gold Ozzie for Best Feature Design for “Rescue in the Southern Ocean” in the May 2008 issue.

“This affirms what I’ve known all along, that our editorial team is creating one of the most appealing and informative magazines out in the market,” said Ed Baker, Yachting publisher, in a statement.
