MasterCraft signs deal with IWWF

The International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation reached a six-year towboat agreement with MasterCraft, a manufacturer of inboard wakeboard, water ski and luxury performance boats.

This will cover the world championships and disabled waterskiing, wakeboard and the water ski and wakeboard World Cup series.

"This six-year agreement to partner the IWWF and MasterCraft in all world-titled wakeboard and water ski events is a tremendous opportunity to continue the growth of these sports worldwide," said Ian Birdsall, MasterCraft vice president for international sales, in a statement.

"With this in mind we will be producing 'world championship' editions of our Pro Star and X-Star models that will be available for purchase by federations and clubs throughout the world," he added.
