Resort chain gains Clean Marina designation

Forever Resorts announced that four of its marinas recently earned certification from the Clean Marinas California Program.

Cottonwood Cove Resort & Marina; and Willow Beach Harbor, both at Lake Mohave; as well as Temple Bar Marina; and Callville Bay Marina, both at Lake Mead, are the newest recipients of Clean Marinas California certification.

Forever Resorts operates seven marinas in California that have previously earned the Clean Marinas designation: Lake Oroville Marina; Lake Don Pedro Marina; Moccasin Point Marina; Trinity Lake Marina; Trinity Center Marina; Trinity Lake; Oak Bottom Marina; and Lake Berryessa's Pleasure Cove Marina.

Clean Marinas California is organized and administered by competing marina owners and operators in an effort to set high standards for marinas to meet the challenges of maintaining environmentally sensitive facilities, according to Forever Resorts.
