BRP holding Evinrude outboard promotion

BRP unveiled a new consumer retail promotion for Evinrude outboards purchased from July 12 to Sept. 6.

Consumers who purchase an eligible Evinrude E-TEC outboard will qualify for a five-year BRP factory-backed limited warranty (three-year factory warranty plus an additional two-year B.E.S.T. coverage) on eligible 25-hp and higher engines.

"We are experiencing positive momentum with our Evinrude outboard engine sales at the retail level," said Steve Laham, vice president of sales, marketing and after-sales service, said in a statement. "We want our dealers to continue to capitalize on this momentum by offering additional buying incentives throughout the summer months."

The summer sales event is supported by an advertising and media campaign including print, online and television. Dealers are provided a complete package of point-of-purchase materials to advertise the promotion on the showroom floor.
