MarineTech buys TrollMaster manufacturer

MarineTech Products Inc. acquired all assets of Topline Control Inc., the maker of TrollMaster.

Terms of the sale were not released.

TrollMaster products, as with all MarineTech product lines, will be sold through two-step distribution, as well as through major retailers.

All manufacturing, sales and marketing functions of Idaho-based Topline Control will move to MarineTech's corporate headquarters in White Bear Lake, Minn.
