VEC Technology wins National Guard contract

VEC Technology, a division of J&D Acquisitions LLC, announced it was awarded an initial $4 million contract for VEC Mobile Recruiting Offices from the Army National Guard.

All 50 states, plus Guam and Puerto Rico, will be receiving one or more of the offices.

“We’ve been working with the NG for over two years to develop a new MRO that is capable of traveling with NG recruiters directly to those locations where the NG will be soliciting new NG recruits throughout the U.S.,” VEC chairman Irwin Jacobs said in a statement.

“We believe our new VEC MROs are potentially the answer to the U.S. government’s present and future needs in replacing many of their high-cost, non-performing recruiting storefronts that are presently being used by all branches of the U.S. armed forces,” he added.

It's painful to see our government support this awful person. The government hand-outs Irwin has received over the past 10 years is the only reason he has a company in FLW Outdoors (National Guard - major sponsor) and VEC (these traveling sales boxes).

Also, this is the "Marine Industry". Quit printing Irwin's PR junk that isn't marine related. We all know Irwin's PR jokes.
