Triton, Mercury partnering with ABA on tournament-fee offer

In partnership with American Bass Anglers, Triton Boats and Mercury are offering to pay entry fees for as many as five tournaments in any ABA tournament trail in 2012 with the purchase of a new 2012 Triton fiberglass boat powered by a Mercury engine in 2012, Triton announced.

The program is valued at more than $1,000.

“You buy a new Triton boat powered by a Mercury motor in 2012 and have your entry fees paid for up to five tournaments within the ABA tournament trail of your choice in 2012,” Triton founder Earl Bentz said in a statement. “It’s that easy. Triton and Mercury appreciate the chance to offer this to our new buyers, and the ABA is excited to get more avid anglers involved in the sport of competitive fishing.”

New Triton/Mercury buyers can choose their tournaments from one of the following ABA tournament trails: Weekend Series Tournaments, American Fishing Tour Events, American Couples Tour Tournaments or the Annual Military Team Bass tournament.
