Boston Whaler signs deal with Whale Water Systems

Boston Whaler selected Whale Water Systems as the boatbuilder's fishbox waste system provider.

Whale Water said its technical support team worked with Boston Whaler’s engineering team to create a system that allowed for easy installation and retrofit. The project involved upgrading the macerators Boston Whaler was using to a tailored version of the Whale Gulper waste diaphragm pump.

The result was a variation of the Gulper Grouper fishbox pump with a unique head configuration that includes rotatable elbows on both the inlet and outlet port. Whale Water said Boston Whaler dealers also can easily upgrade macerators on boats in service with the new Gulper Grouper pump.

“We were really excited about working in close partnership with Boston Whaler on this project,” Whale Water vice president of sales and marketing Keith Nixon said in a statement. “By building a close working relationship, Whale was able to adapt and offer a tailored product range that specifically suits the Boston Whaler range of boats, while ensuring the products are easy to maintain for boaters.”
