Dealer conference adds workshop

The Marine Dealer Conference & Expo is expanding with a half-day workshop for manufacturer's representatives.

Don Cooper, who has been one of the conference’s highest-rated presenters, will challenge conventional wisdom as he works with clients to boost performance.

The dealer conference will be held Nov. 11-14 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The new workshop, which will run from 8 a.m. to noon on Nov. 12, will teach reps how to:

• Communicate effectively with dealers

• Uncover dealer needs and problems

• Increase dealer loyalty

• Quickly resolve customer and dealer problems

• Get closer to retail customers

• Help dealers increase profitability

• Help dealers improve CSI scores

• Drive more sales
