Dehler Yachts plans 50th anniversary celebration

Dehler Yachts will turn 50 years old in 2013 under the Hanse Group umbrella and the company wants all owners and editors to contribute photos and stories of the brand for a special commemorative anniversary book to be published in 2014.

“We will begin this 50th year of the success story with the launch of the new Dehler 38 in Düsseldorf,” the company said. “At the same time we will present ‘50 years of Dehler’ at our Dehler stand in Düsseldorf, summarized on large displays.”

Displays will start with Winnetou Jolle, carry through to Varianta and continue right up to the present. The company will host Dehler events throughout the year.

The company’s anniversary book will be published in 2014.

“Dehler is important to us, and we want to capture the experiences and emotions of the last 50 years,” the statement read. “Therefore, we are calling upon all Dehler owners and editors to provide us with photographic material and stories about your Dehler.”

In the autumn Dehler will celebrate a sailing weekend on the Schlei in northern Germany for all Dehler owners, friends and fans.
