Avala Marketing Group said Jeff Coffman will assume the role of president, replacing founder and current president Steve Pizzolato, who will become CEO.

Employees Brian Rappaport and Dan Ramler have been named COO and CIO, respectively.

"This is a natural transition of our business to reflect the new services we are entering, with clients who look to the future and the next, young wave of management talent Avala will bring to the industries we serve,” Pizzolato said in a statement. “Jeff, Brian and Dan have all been critical to this transformation and deserve the opportunity to take leadership roles with the company."

Pizzolato will be actively involved in implementing a long-term strategic vision for the company, focusing on new and existing major client relationships, joint ventures, third-party alliances and acquisitions to continue integrating and strengthening all of the services Avala brings to market.
