Benetti debuts new sales office in Dubai

Italian builder Benetti, part of the Azimut/Benetti Group, opened an office in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and named Nabil el Jammal area manager for the Middle East.

Jammal will manage the commercial office, with direct responsibility for the Arab Gulf Region markets as far as Turkey, including Egypt and Lebanon, for the Viareggio-based shipyard, which is celebrating its 140th anniversary this year.

Benetti said Jammal has been involved in the design of numerous yachts and in a development plan for the Middle East for a shipyard that it did not name.

“Nabil has a deep knowledge of the product and the market, in addition to numerous and important relationships in the world of international yachting,” Benetti sales director Alberto Perrone da Zara said in a statement.

“The principal aim of Benetti's direct presence in the area is to maintain relationships with the clients, accompanying them through the complete life cycle of the yacht, from design to construction and delivery, without forgetting the after-sales cycle, as a fundamental part of the Benetti philosophy.”
