Captain's briefing being held at Fort Lauderdale show

The U.S. Superyacht Association, in partnership with the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, has organized a Captains Briefing to allow large yacht captains to communicate directly with U.S. federal agencies responsible for regulatory oversight and compliance.

FCC marine head to speak at NMEA convention

Ghassen Khalek, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission’s Marine Division, will speak at the National Marine Electronics Association convention, scheduled for Oct. 1-4 at the Town and Country Resort Hotel in San Diego.
