Role and Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Americas Sales Manager and will be responsible for consistently driving maximum sales revenue growth opportunities.  Monitoring sales opportunity and leads in the department, the Inside Sales Coordinator will analyze sales trends, performance, and determine the best way to maximize sales opportunities for the company.

  • Assist global sales team in maximizing efforts toward procurement of new business opportunities by reaching revenue and ASP targets.
  • Maintains a high level of proficiency with the CRM system, using it to regularly audit and compile reporting data on sales and business trends and regional sales staff performance.
  • Provides direct effort toward contacting clients that are categorized as lost opportunity to attempt to win business back
  • In coordination with marketing, responsible for creating and maintaining company sales presentations
  • First response to incoming and open leads, transfer lead to regional sales team once qualified.
  • Active forum monitoring and participation
  • Support to global CSIC network with price changes, new product launches and sales training material
  • Prepare and manage yearly agreements and  annual price lists for all CSIC and OEM accounts
  • Prepare and develop training programs for sales team including CRM system, Dropbox, Sales Presentation and Vessel History
  • Support sales and marketing team at boat shows and other events

Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualified candidates preferably have 1-3 years related marine experience.  Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential.  Must have strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally.  Strong command of Microsoft Office products, interpersonal skills, team player, and detailed oriented with minimal error.

Must be self-motivated, organized and have a strong command of Microsoft Office products. Superior time management, multitasking, closing, prioritization, and customer service skills with minimal supervision are essential. Must have strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally. The ability to read, write, and speak fluent English are required. Multi-lingual is preferred.

 

Location: California, Maryland or Ft Lauderdale, Florida.
